A 13-pin electrical harness offers the option for additional so-called comfort functions such as light in the trailer, refrigerator operation or reversing light on the trailer or bicycle carrier.
Basic functions similar to the 7-pin electrical harness:
- Tail lights
- Brake lights
- Indicator lights
- Rear fog light
- Trailer indicator light monitoring
Additional comfort functions:
- Reversing lights
- Continuous positive lead
- Charging line
Vehicle-specific electric kits are specially adapted to a vehicle type. They are connected to the CAN bus on-board network of newer vehicles and are designed to communicate with all modern electronic technologies contained in the vehicle.
